What does the monthly partnership include?
Website care, SEO, content and ongoing improvements, built around roughly one working day a month across care, research, communication and implementation. It also includes AI-search tracking: we check how your business appears in the answers to 100 agreed questions in AI tools such as ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews. From €935 per month excluding VAT. Each extra 100 questions adds €125 per month.
How do we get started?
With a €1,620 audit, excluding VAT. You don't need to know what could be better: Bram takes two days to review your website in depth. He then walks you through the main findings and what should come first in a presentation. You also get the full report. After that, you decide whether to continue. There's no obligation. A monthly partnership does always start with an audit. If something needs doing first, such as fixing problems or a new website, we agree the scope and cost upfront.
Do we need a new website first?
Usually not. If your current website is suitable, it stays on its platform and we improve it from there. If the audit shows that repairs, setup or a rebuild are needed first, we agree the scope and price separately before the monthly partnership begins.
How do requests and content approvals work?
We aim to reply within two working days, with timing or a plan. Requests, revisions and planned improvements share the same monthly time, so we choose together what comes first. New content and major changes only go live once you approve them.
How long is the commitment, and what are the running costs?
The minimum term is six months, because visibility builds step by step. With the audit, the first period comes to at least €7,230 excluding VAT (€1,620 + 6 × €935). After that, you can cancel monthly. Hosting is included when we rebuild your site; you pay for your domain names. If your current website stays, you keep paying your hosting and paid plugins directly to the providers.
What happens if we stop?
Your website, content, data, domains and accounts stay yours. Once everything is paid, you get everything we made for you and all the logins, and we close our own access.
